Seppes once again provides fast doors for Saint-Gobain's world's largest clean room

The production ceremony of the dynamic 10,000-level clean workshop invested and built by Saint-Gobain High-Function Plastics (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. was held in Hangzhou on August 3. The clean workshop covers an area of 24,000 square meters, and has passed the third-party air, static and dynamic 10,000-level clean workshop test certification in accordance with the US National Environmental Balance Agency (NEBB) procedure specifications. It conforms to ISO14644ISOClass7 clean room for particle size, HEPA leakage, etc. This requirement is currently the largest clean workshop in the Saint-Gobain Group worldwide.

Saint-Gobain High-Functional Plastics (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., formerly known as Jinpu Film Technology Co., Ltd., was wholly acquired by Saint-Gobain Group in May 2015. Since its acquisition, the business has maintained sustained and healthy growth. Saint-Gobain Group is also committed to building the Hangzhou plant into an important development and production base for life sciences in the Asia-Pacific region. To this end, Saint-Gobain spent 300 million yuan to build an advanced high-standard clean workshop, and put it into trial operation in October 2019.

This time, the clean rooms are all equipped with Seppes dust-proof and temperature-insulating quick doors, and the double-door interlocking mode is adopted. Only one door can be opened at the same time. The door opening method adopts double-sided automatic induction control method, that is, as long as people or vehicles enter and exit the workshop, they move to the induction area of the quick door, and the door opens automatically. After the person passes, the control system of the quick door is set with automatic delay Seconds) automatically shuts down. The door control box also has manual and automatic switching function.
