The electric control box on the rolling door indicates whether the signal is normal and whether the box body is damaged. During the pressing operation, the operator is strictly forbidden to leave the scene, and at the same time, pay close attention to whether the curtain door can automatically stop after being lifted to a certain position. If the curtain wall door is about to rise from the guide rail (or fall to the ground), it must wait until the limit device is repaired (adjusted) before it can be operated again.

  1. The operating environment should be kept dry, the surface of the motor should be kept clean, and the air inlet should not be obstructed by dust, fibers, etc.

  2. When the motor thermal protection is running continuously, check whether the fault is caused by the motor or overload or the setting value of the protection device is too low. The fault can only be put into operation after the fault is eliminated.

  3. Ensure good lubrication of the motor during operation. Generally, the motor runs for about 5000 hours, that is, the grease should be added or replaced. When the bearing is overheated or lubricated during operation, the hydraulic pressure should be replaced in time. When replacing the grease, remove the old lubricating oil, clean the bearing and oil tank of the bearing cap with gasoline, and then use ZL-3 lithium grease 1≤2 (to 2 poles) and 2≤3 (to 4, 6, 8 poles) Fill the cavity between the inner and outer rings of the bearing.

  4. When the bearing life ends, the vibration and noise of the motor will increase significantly. When the radial clearance of the bearing reaches the following value, the bearing should be replaced.

  5. When disassembling the motor, the rotor can be disassembled from the extended or non-extended end of the shaft. If you do not need to disassemble the fan, or disassemble the rotor from the non-shaft extension end, it is more convenient. When removing the rotor from the stator, prevent damage to the stator winding or insulation.

  6. When replacing the winding, the form, size and number of turns of the original winding, wire tester, etc. must be written down. When these data are lost, the original design windings should be obtained from the manufacturer, and the original design windings should be replaced at will, which often deteriorates one or more of the performance of the motor, or even cannot be used.
