Both industrial sectional door and high speed door is commonly used industrial door types in industrial door factories, but many customers do not understand the differences between these two types of doors. The following are the differences between these two door types.
1. Industrial sectional door and high speed doors have the functions of dust prevention and heat preservation. Industrial lifting doors are equipped with bottom ends, top sealing strips and edge sealing strips between the track and the door panel, which can effectively play the sealing role of heat insulation, heat preservation and anti-fouling. Both electric and manual operation methods are the opening methods of industrial lifting doors. An airbag sensor device is installed on the industrial sectional door body.
2. Some small differences between lift doors and fast doors. Lift doors are different from fast doors and cannot be opened and closed frequently. The main reason is the way they open the door. A general fast door relies on a motor to drive the door curtain to open and close, while the lifting door requires a torsion spring to open and close more stably. It also needs a motor to drive the door. The torsion spring plays a role in reducing the torque of the motor in this process. It is difficult for a motor to drive a door panel weighing several hundred kilograms.
3. The difference between fast lifting doors and fast rolling shutter doors. The difference between a fast lifting door and a fast rolling shutter door is that the rolling shutter door can only use a fixed installation space, while the lifting door can follow the tracks installed on the ceiling and wall, so that the door body can effectively and reasonably utilize the space during operation. Lift gates are bearing-operated and will be installed over a wider area.
The above are the differences between high speed door and industrial sectional door. This makes it easier for customers to be more precise when choosing door types.
